Practice

Depth, then drawings.

We work in small rooms with people who already have a site, a statute, or a serious question. The website is the public face of that work.

Conceptual night laboratory pavilions on a sheltered basin, with a Southeast Asian city skyline

Architects

Site readings on water. Typology studies. Joint design of the deck as a ground plane, not a yacht.

Engineers

Platform engineering, mooring, freeboard, fatigue, fire, utilities. Peer review of other floating schemes.

Developers

Feasibility: what can be moored here, what it costs against fill, how title and exit might work.

Innovators / labs

Testbeds. A pontoon is a fast way to put a climate, energy, or food prototype in public view without a ten-year EIA for new land.

URA, PUB, and agencies

Confidential briefings. Complementary studies next to Long Island and coastal codes. No lobby theatre.

A word to the restless

If you build cars for Mars, or search engines for Earth, or cities for a republic of five million, the interesting problem is the same: first principles meeting an uncooperative fluid. Water does not care about your deck. It cares about mass, wind, and time. That is why this work is for you.
